You can download a current browser from the Microsoft or Netscape website:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer V5.5 (recommended) from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/.
  
  
• Netscape Navigator V6.01 from http://home.netscape.com/computing/download/.
  

These are quite large downloads. If connection time or download volume is an issue for you, an alternative is to install a browser from a PC magazine CD.
